About

Two decades of building — with grease on the hands.

I've spent the last twenty years starting, running, and selling companies. Some worked. Some didn't. All of them taught me something worth keeping.

Today I split my time between a portfolio of small businesses in Central Florida, a growing collection of restored muscle cars, and a notebook that never seems to close. I write about all of it here — the wins, the mistakes, and the parts I'm still figuring out.

I believe good businesses are built the same way good cars are: with patience, honest parts, and a willingness to get your hands dirty. Nothing about it is glamorous. Everything about it is worth doing.
